I stayed in this hotel more than 5 times (4-5 days each), and I can see that in Riyadh, it is not easy to find such quality for such a price. What I generally like is the following: Excellent location, quiet area and within 20 mins from many business districts Various restaurants within a walking distance Free underground parking available Helpful and pleasant staff Modern finishing and decorations spacious rooms Food ordering from outside is allowed (delivered to your room if prepaid)

Without any type of doubt, it is my favorite hotel to stay in Riyadh for business trips. It does not only have an exceptional location, 10 mins from the main street and city center but it is also in a quiet area far away from noise. The gastronomy, breakfast, and food, have international quality standards and a huge range of variety. Staff, in general, is kind and helpful, especially a Saudi tall receptionist, who always is wearing the biggest smile.

The location is perfect. Cross the street there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in addition to Thalia street - good for walking and see the vibes. I didn’t use my car for two days. There are underground parking for guests. We had a quick check in. The room is truly spacious. The breakfast buffet is good. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Staff are all professional, specially mr. Mohamed at the reception and another local guy at the breakfast ,Nice located hotel for car owner, concierge were helpful, breakfast has lots of varieties Checking in and out were smooth and done in less than 3 minutes, exceeding most of 5 stars hotel worldwide. Room service was perfect It did exceed my expectations!

Very well located with restaurants on walking distance. Outside swimming pool and well equipped gym on top floor. Good breakfast, with lots of choice in a spacious restaurant.

Nice fresh breakfast with reasonable variety and great dining area really enjoyed eating there, very comfy room ideal room size, nice AC, comfortable furniture, neat and clean hotel. Good location with pleasant view. Very fast wifi. Had a great time staying here with family. My kids loved it.

I liked everything. The Hayatt brand is perfect, and this very location satisfied me. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room service was superb! It's ten stars out of ten))))

Perfect size hotel near an actual street with sidewalk, Thalia Street. Many nearby restaurants in this convenient location. The breakfast was varied and fresh daily.
